Payment methods
Paying by card or cryptocurrency, what appears on your statement, and keeping it private.
Cards
You can pay with major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Card payments are handled by our payment processor on its secure checkout page: we never see or store your full card number.
Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app or with a code (3-D Secure). That's normal.
Cryptocurrency
You can also pay with cryptocurrency, through NOWPayments. Crypto payments can't be charged again automatically, so plans bought this way are paid in advance for 30 days or a year and don't renew. Buying again adds the time on.
Send the exact amount shown, on the network shown, before the payment window closes. If you send less, the payment won't complete; email [email protected] with the transaction ID and we'll help.
What appears on your statement
Your statement shows the name of our payment processor or a neutral billing descriptor, not the names of any companions or anything explicit. Your receipt email tells you exactly what to look for.
Currency
Prices are set in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may add a fee.
Changing your card
When you buy again or renew, the checkout lets you use a different card. If a renewal fails because your card has expired, see Your payment didn't go through.
