Affiliate terms

The rules for promoting Sinfully. They keep the programme honest, keep adults-only content in front of adults, and protect the people you send us. Questions: [email protected].

The short version

  • Adults only: never promote to anyone under 18, and nothing that makes a companion look young.
  • Only real offers: no fake discounts, countdowns, reviews or rankings, and disclose that you earn a commission.
  • No brand bidding, incentivised sign-ups, spam or cookie stuffing.
  • Refunds and chargebacks reverse commission. We can pull any creative.

1.Who these terms are for

These terms apply to anyone who promotes Sinfully for a commission: publishers and media buyers who reach us through an affiliate network, the networks themselves, and members with a direct affiliate link. By sending us traffic you agree to them.

If you work through a network, its own terms apply too. Where the two differ on how you may promote us, the stricter rule wins.

2.Adults only

  • Promote Sinfully only to adults, and only on sites, channels and placements that are for adults.
  • Never target anyone under 18, or any site, app, game or community aimed at them.
  • Every companion is a fictional adult, created as 21 or older. Nothing you make or say may suggest otherwise: no school settings or uniforms, no “teen”, “barely legal” or “18–21” angles, no childlike looks, poses, clothes or language.

3.Honest promotion

Promote Sinfully as it is, using only offers that are live on the site when you promote them. In particular, don't:

  • invent offers, discounts, free trials, bonuses or “was” prices, or say something is free or unlimited when it isn't;
  • use countdowns, “only today” deadlines or stock limits that aren't real;
  • make up user numbers, reviews, ratings, awards, rankings or viewers;
  • present a ranking or review as independent without saying you earn a commission. Disclose the affiliate relationship clearly, as the UK's advertising code and the US FTC require;
  • suggest the companions are real people, or hide that they're AI;
  • claim features the site doesn't have, or that it's “banned”, “unblocked” or “not allowed in” any country.

4.Creatives and content

Use the banners and landing links in our creatives kit, or your own creatives and copy that follow these terms and our safety and content rules. Your own creatives may not show or suggest:

  • anyone who looks or is described as young (see above);
  • sexual themes between relatives, step-relatives or family members;
  • anything without consent, including captivity, coercion, being drugged or hidden cameras;
  • real or famous people, their names, or lookalikes of them;
  • violence, blood, death or bodily waste;
  • anything else that's unlawful where it's shown.

Explicit creatives may only run on adult placements that allow them. We can ask you to remove any creative, ours or yours, at any time; do it within 48 hours. Banners we withdraw from the kit stop loading.

5.Traffic you can't send

  • Search ads on our name, misspellings of it, or our domain, and ads that pretend to be us.
  • Incentivised sign-ups or purchases (paying or rewarding people to join), and fake, automated or self-referred accounts.
  • Spam: unsolicited email, messages, comments or texts.
  • Cookie stuffing, forced clicks or redirects, adware, malware, or anything that hides where a click came from.

6.Tracking and consent

A visit is credited to you through the click id your network adds to our landing link. When that visitor signs up or pays, we send the click id back to your network in a server-to-server postback, with the event and the amount. We don't send their name, email address or any other personal details.

In the UK, the EEA and Switzerland, we keep the click only if the visitor allows advertising cookies, as the law requires. Never try to get round a visitor's cookie choice. Credit goes to the first source that brought the visitor, for 30 days from their first visit.

7.Commission

  • Rates are the ones agreed when you join: through your network, or in writing with us.
  • CPA is paid on a customer's first payment; revenue share on the payments they make. Refunds, chargebacks and fraud reverse the commission on that payment, and test payments never earn any.
  • Through a network, the network pays you on its schedule. Direct partners' earnings are held for 30 days so refunds can be taken off, then paid as agreed.
  • Commission isn't paid on traffic that breaks these terms.

8.Ending a partnership

You can stop at any time. We can end or pause a partnership at any time, straight away if these terms are broken, and we'll tell you why. Commission already earned on traffic that followed the terms is still paid.

9.Changes and law

We may change these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed, and we'll tell partners we work with directly before a change that affects them. The law of England and Wales applies, and its courts hear any dispute.
