Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Sinfully. We've kept it as plain as we can; the summary below is not a substitute for the full terms.

The short version

  • You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live).
  • Every companion is a fictional adult, and every message, photo and video is made by AI.
  • Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in settings and keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
  • No minors, real people, non-consent, incest, choking or animals, ever. Breaking these rules closes your account.
  • What companions send you is for your private use only.

1.About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and us, the team that runs Sinfully (“Sinfully”, “we”, “us”). They cover the website at sinfully.ai, our apps and everything you can do with them (the “service”).

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms, and to the policies that form part of them: our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Safety and content rules and Refunds and cancellation policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Sinfully is operated by JRL Software Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15511536.

2.Who can use the service

Sinfully is for adults only. To use it, you must:

  • be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher;
  • be allowed to view sexually explicit material where you live, and to enter into this agreement;
  • not have had an account closed by us for breaking these terms.

Everyone confirms they're an adult before entering. Where the law requires a real age check, you'll also be asked to pass one with our age-check provider before you see anything adult (see how age checks work). Some features aren't available, or the whole service isn't, in places where the law doesn't allow AI-generated adult content.

Don't let anyone under 18 use your account or your devices to reach the service. If we believe an account belongs to someone under 18, we'll close it and delete its data.

3.Your account

Your account is shared with PornTok: the same email and password (or Google sign-in) work on both sites, and if you're signed in on PornTok, its links can sign you in here.

  • Give accurate details, and keep your email address up to date.
  • Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens on your account, unless someone used it because of something we did wrong.
  • One person per account. Don't sell, share or transfer it.
  • Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.

4.What the service is

Sinfully lets you chat with fictional AI characters (“companions”), and receive AI-generated photos and short videos of them. It's entertainment.

  • Every companion is fictional. Each one is an adult character made with AI, created as 21 or older. No companion is a real person or based on one, and nobody is typing the replies.
  • Everything is AI-generated. Messages, photos and videos are made by AI models. They can be wrong, inconsistent, repetitive or unexpected, and a companion may “remember” things incorrectly.
  • It isn't advice. Nothing a companion says is medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice. If you're struggling, please talk to someone you trust or use the support services on our safety page.
  • There's no one to meet. You can't contact, meet or pay a real person through the service.

We're always improving the service, so features, companions, limits and models will change. If a change takes away something important you've paid for, we'll tell you, and you can cancel and ask for a refund of the part you haven't used.

5.Plans, Sins and payment

Free and paid plans

You can use Sinfully for free with limits, such as a number of free messages. Paid plans remove or raise those limits and include a monthly allowance of Sins (our in-app credits). What each plan includes is shown on the pricing page.

Subscriptions renew automatically

Paid plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period, and we charge the payment method you used, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account settings, with no need to contact us. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and then doesn't renew.

Some payment methods, such as cryptocurrency, can't be charged again automatically. Plans bought that way are paid in advance for a fixed period and don't renew.

Sins

  • Sins pay for photos, videos and other extras. Paid plans add Sins each month, and subscribers can buy Sin packs at any time.
  • The cost in Sins is shown before you confirm anything that uses them.
  • If something you paid Sins for fails, or is refused by our checks or reviewers, the Sins go back to your balance automatically.
  • When Sins expire. A plan's monthly Sins last until the end of the month they're for and don't carry over to the next. Sins you buy in a pack never expire. Free Sins (such as welcome Sins, daily rewards and referral rewards) expire 30 days after we give them. The Sins that expire soonest are always used first, and your balance shows when any are due to expire.Sins already in your balance when this rule took effect don't expire.
  • A refund puts Sins back with the expiry they had, and at least 7 days to use them.
  • Sins have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be transferred to another account. They end when your account is deleted or closed.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown before you buy, with the currency, the billing period and whether the plan renews. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it's included in or added to the price as shown at checkout. Your bank may charge its own fees, such as for currency conversion.

If we change the price of your plan, we'll tell you before the change applies to you, and it will only take effect from your next renewal. If you don't want to pay the new price, cancel before then.

Payment processors

Payments are taken by our payment processors, who handle your card or wallet details under their own terms. We never see or store your full card number. Your statement will show the processor's name or a billing descriptor that identifies us. If a renewal payment fails, we may pause your plan until it's paid.

6.Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel your plan at any time in your account settings, and keep what you've paid for until the end of the period. Our Refunds and cancellation policy explains when we give refunds (for example, duplicate charges and billing mistakes).

If you live in the UK or the EU, you have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase. Because the service is digital and starts straight away, we ask you at checkout to agree that it starts immediately; once you start using what you bought, the right to cancel ends. The refunds policy explains this in full. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

7.What you must not do

You must not ask for, create, or try to create anything that:

  • involves anyone under 18, or anyone who looks, sounds or acts under 18, including in roleplay, and including “teen”, school or childlike scenarios;
  • involves a real person, such as a celebrity, a public figure or someone you know, or anyone's likeness;
  • shows or describes sex without consent, including with anyone who is asleep, unconscious, drugged or too drunk to agree, and coercion;
  • involves incest, including step, foster and adoptive family;
  • involves strangulation, choking or suffocation;
  • involves animals;
  • involves faeces, urine play, vomiting or menstruation;
  • shows or describes blood, gore, mutilation, killing or death, including anyone dead;
  • promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sex trafficking, exploitation or physical abuse;
  • is illegal where you live.

You also must not:

  • try to get around our rules, filters, limits, age checks or payment checks, including by “jailbreaking” a companion;
  • share, sell or publish what companions send you, or use it to harass, deceive, blackmail or impersonate anyone;
  • present AI-generated content as real, or as showing a real person;
  • use bots or scrapers, overload or attack the service, or probe it for weaknesses;
  • use the service for anyone else's business, or resell access to it.

Our Safety and content rules explain these rules in more detail and form part of these terms.

8.How we enforce the rules

  • Messages and requests are checked automatically, and anything against the rules is refused.
  • Photos and videos are checked automatically before you see them. Anything unclear is held for a person on our team to review.
  • If you break these terms, we may refuse a request, remove content, limit features, or suspend or close your account, depending on how serious it is. For serious breaches (anything involving minors, real people without consent, or other illegal content) we close the account without warning.
  • We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), and other illegal content to the authorities.

If we close your account for a serious breach, we don't refund what you've paid, unless the law requires us to. If you think we've made a mistake, you can appeal through our complaints procedure.

9.AI-generated content and labels

Everything companions say and send is generated by AI. Photos and videos are labelled as AI-generated, on the site and in the files themselves. Don't remove or hide those labels.

AI can produce things nobody intended. If you get something that breaks our rules, or that looks like a real person, please report it; we review every report within 5 business days and remove anything illegal straight away.

10.Your chats

Your chats, and what companions send you, are private to your account. Automated systems check them against these terms. People on our team may look at a chat only when it has been reported, when that's needed to keep the service safe or enforce these terms, or when the law requires it. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.

11.Who owns what

  • The service and the companions are ours. We, or the people who license them to us, own the site, the apps, and the companions' names, looks, personalities and stories.
  • Your messages are yours. You give us permission to store and process what you write, only to run the service for you, keep it safe, and meet our legal obligations.
  • What companions send you is for your private use. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to keep and view the messages, photos and videos made for you, for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not share, sell, publish or use them to train other AI models.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

12.Record-keeping statement (18 U.S.C. § 2257)

Every image and video on Sinfully is generated by AI and depicts fictional characters, not real people. No actual human being is shown engaging in sexually explicit conduct, so the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 don't apply to this content.

13.Deleting your account, and when we may end it

You can delete your account yourself at any time in your account settings. Deleting it cancels any renewing plan, ends your Sins and deletes your chats, memories and media, as the Privacy Policy explains. Your account is shared with PornTok, so deleting it closes it on both sites.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the service. Unless you've broken these terms or the law prevents it, we'll give you reasonable notice and refund any part of a plan you've paid for but can't use.

14.Our responsibility to you

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but AI is unpredictable and we can't promise the service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that every message, photo or video will be exactly what you wanted. Apart from what we promise in these terms, and the rights the law gives you that can't be excluded, the service is provided “as is”.

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, for business losses, or for problems caused by things outside our reasonable control.

Where the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £100.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

15.If you break these terms

If you break these terms and that leads to a claim against us by someone else (for example, because you shared content in breach of the rules above), you agree to cover the reasonable costs that claim causes us, to the extent the law allows.

16.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute about them.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live in the European Union or elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and can bring proceedings there.

Please talk to us first: most problems are solved quickly through our complaints procedure.

17.Changes to these terms

We'll update these terms when the service or the law changes. For an important change, we'll tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. If you don't agree with a change, you can cancel your plan and delete your account before it applies. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms last changed.

18.General

  • These terms, with the policies they mention, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
  • If a court decides part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • We may transfer this agreement to another business that takes over the service; your rights won't be reduced. You can't transfer it to anyone else.
  • Nobody else has rights under these terms.
