Exemption statement
Every image, video, voice and character on Sinfully is generated by artificial intelligence. No actual human being, of any age, took part in making any of it, and no photograph or recording of a real person is used to depict sexually explicit conduct.
18 U.S.C. 2257, 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 apply to depictions of actual human beings. Because Sinfully's content depicts no actual human beings, it is exempt from their record-keeping requirements, and Sinfully keeps no such records.
Every character is an adult
Every character is a fictional adult, created as 21 or older, and is checked before publication against our content rules: nothing that suggests a minor, and no lookalikes of real people. Anything that breaks them is removed; see Content removal.
