How Sins work

What Sins are for, where they come from, and what happens when something fails.

Sins are Sinfully's credits: how you pay for photos, videos and other extras. Messages on a paid plan don't use Sins.

Where Sins come from

  • Your plan. Premium and Ultimate add Sins every month.
  • Sin packs. On a paid plan, buy a pack at any time from the store, with bonus Sins on top. Packs are for subscribers.

Your balance is shown at the top of the store and in Settings, then Plan, with a history of every Sin added and spent.

What they cost

The price in Sins is always shown before you confirm: on the button when you ask for a photo, and on the create screen before you make a video. Longer and higher-quality videos cost more.

When something fails, you get them back

If a photo or video you paid for fails, or is refused by our safety checks or a reviewer, the Sins go straight back to your balance. You don't need to ask.

The small print

  • Plan Sins last a month. The Sins your plan adds each month expire when that month ends; they don't carry over to the next.
  • Bought Sins never expire. Sins from a Sin pack stay in your balance for as long as your account is open.
  • Free Sins last 30 days. Welcome Sins, daily rewards and referral rewards expire 30 days after you get them.
  • The soonest to expire are used first, and Settings, then Plan, shows when any are due to expire.
  • A refund puts Sins back with the expiry they had, and at least a week to use them.
  • If your plan ends, the Sins already in your balance stay. Only the monthly top-ups stop.
  • Sins have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be moved to another account.
  • Sins end if your account is deleted or closed.
