Reporting a companion, photo or message
How to tell us about anything that breaks the rules, and what happens after you do.
If you see anything that breaks our content rules, please tell us. Anyone can report, with or without an account.
How to report
Email [email protected] with:
- what it is: a link, or the companion's name, and which photo, video or message if it's a specific one (a screenshot helps);
- what's wrong, in a sentence or two;
- how to reach you, if you'd like to hear what we did.
Where you see a Report button, use it to open a report with the content details included. You can always report any companion, photo, video or message by email using the steps above.
Urgent reports
If you think something shows someone under 18, a real person, or anything non-consensual or illegal, put Urgent in the subject. We act on those immediately.
What happens next
- A person on our team reviews every report within 5 business days.
- Anything illegal or non-consensual is removed immediately, and reported to the authorities where the law requires.
- If you gave us a way to reach you, we tell you what we decided.
If it looks like you
If a companion looks like you or someone you know, see Asking us to remove content. We take those seriously and may take the companion offline while we look into it.
