# Reporting a companion, photo or message

> How to tell us about anything that breaks the rules, and what happens after you do.

If you see anything that breaks [our content rules](https://sinfully.ai/help/content-rules), please tell us. Anyone can report, with or without an account.

## How to report

Email [removal@sinfully.ai](mailto:removal@sinfully.ai?subject=Report) with:

- **what it is:** a link, or the companion's name, and which photo, video or message if it's a specific one (a screenshot helps);
- **what's wrong**, in a sentence or two;
- **how to reach you**, if you'd like to hear what we did.

Where you see a **Report** button, use it to open a report with the content details included. You can always report any companion, photo, video or message by email using the steps above.

## Urgent reports

If you think something shows someone under 18, a real person, or anything non-consensual or illegal, put **Urgent** in the subject. We act on those immediately.

## What happens next

1. A person on our team reviews every report within **5 business days**.
2. Anything illegal or non-consensual is removed **immediately**, and reported to the authorities where the law requires.
3. If you gave us a way to reach you, we tell you what we decided.

If a companion looks like you or someone you know, see [Asking us to remove content](https://sinfully.ai/help/this-looks-like-me). We take those seriously and may take the companion offline while we look into it.
