Deleting your account
Delete your account yourself, in a few taps, and what happens to your data.
You can delete your account yourself at any time. You don't need to contact us.
How to delete it
- Sign in and go to Settings, then Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted, enter your password, or type DELETE if requested and tap Delete my account.
What happens
- You're signed out everywhere, straight away.
- Any renewing plan is cancelled, so you won't be charged again.
- Any Sins left in your balance are lost. They can't be refunded.
- Your chats, memories, photos and videos are deleted within 30 days.
- We keep only what the law requires, such as billing records for tax, as our Privacy Policy explains.
Deleting can't be undone.
Your PornTok account
Your account is shared with PornTok, so deleting it closes it on both sites.
If you'd rather keep your PornTok account, you can instead:
- delete individual chats, and her memories, from each chat's menu; or
- email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete your Sinfully data only.
Just want a break?
You don't have to delete anything. Cancel your plan and turn off texts and emails, and everything will be waiting if you come back.
