# Deleting your account

> Delete your account yourself, in a few taps, and what happens to your data.

You can delete your account yourself at any time. You don't need to contact us.

## How to delete it

1. Sign in and go to **Settings**, then **Account**.
2. Tap **Delete account**.
3. Read what will be deleted, enter your password, or type DELETE if requested and tap **Delete my account**.

## What happens

- You're signed out everywhere, straight away.
- Any renewing plan is cancelled, so you won't be charged again.
- Any Sins left in your balance are lost. They can't be refunded.
- Your chats, memories, photos and videos are deleted within 30 days.
- We keep only what the law requires, such as billing records for tax, as our [Privacy Policy](https://sinfully.ai/privacy#retention) explains.

Deleting can't be undone.

## Your PornTok account

Your account is shared with PornTok, so deleting it closes it on both sites.

If you'd rather keep your PornTok account, you can instead:

- delete individual chats, and her memories, from each chat's menu; or
- email [privacy@sinfully.ai](mailto:privacy@sinfully.ai) from the address on your account and ask us to delete your Sinfully data only.
