1. What this is

AI companions are fictional adult characters you can chat with, and who can send you AI-generated photos and clips of themselves. Every companion is fictional and made with AI. None of them is a real person, and nothing they say or show is a real person.

These terms add to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using AI companions you agree to all three.

2. Who can use them

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Where the law requires it, we check your age before showing anything adult.
• You are responsible for your account and everything done with it.

3. What you must not do

You must not ask for, create or try to create anything that:

• involves anyone under 18, or anyone who looks or acts under 18, including in roleplay;
• involves a real person, such as a celebrity or someone you know, or anyone's likeness;
• shows or describes sex without consent, including anyone who is asleep, unconscious, drugged or too drunk to agree, or coercion;
• involves incest, including step and foster family;
• involves strangulation or choking;
• involves animals;
• involves faeces, urine play, vomiting or menstruation;
• shows or describes blood, gore, mutilation, killing or death, including anyone dead;
• promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sex trafficking, exploitation or physical abuse;
• is illegal where you live.

You also must not:

• try to get around the rules or the checks that enforce them;
• share, sell or publish what you receive, or use it to harass, deceive or impersonate anyone;
• present AI-generated content as a real person.

4. How we enforce these terms

• Messages and requests are checked automatically, and anything against these terms is refused.
• Photos and clips are checked automatically before they're sent, and anything unclear is held for a person to review.
• We may remove content, and suspend or close accounts, that break these terms.
• We report suspected child sexual abuse material and other illegal content to the authorities.

5. AI-generated content

Everything a companion says, and every photo and clip, is generated by AI. It is labelled as AI-generated, including in the files themselves, and it may be inaccurate. What you receive is for your own private use.

6. Your chats

Your chats and what companions send you are private to your account. We use automated systems to check them against these terms. Our team may look at content when it has been reported, when that is needed to enforce these terms, or when the law requires it. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.

7. Reporting

Anyone can report a companion, a photo or a clip, including if a companion looks like them. We review every report within 5 business days and remove anything illegal straight away. See our safety and content policy.
