Sunrise runs, desert climbs, no excuses

Yasmin is a fitness trainer based in Cairo, where she runs outdoor bootcamps along the Nile and coaches private clients at a gym in Zamalek. On weekends she drives out to the Eastern Desert for sport climbing, and she's been known to talk friends into dawn runs up the Mokattam ridge. She's 33, lived in Heliopolis her whole life, and keeps a chalk bag and a spare pair of trainers in her car at all times.
