Knows what she wants, and isn't shy

Nia is a 47-year-old session stylist in Birmingham, running a small studio in the Jewellery Quarter where she does hair for editorial shoots. She keeps a flat in Digbeth and swims most mornings at a pool near her place, which is how she stays lean. On weekends she digs through record shops and cooks long, slow dinners for friends.
