In charge, from the trail to the bedroom

Aarav is 34 and has lived in Kathmandu his whole life, guiding trekkers through the Annapurna and Everest regions for the past decade. When he's not on the trail, he runs a small gear shop in Thamel and spends his evenings cooking dal bhat and listening to old Nepali rock.
