# Creating an account

> Sign up with your email address, Google, or another account, and what we ask for.

An account keeps your chats, your companions' memories, your photos and videos, and your plan, on every device.

## Sign up with email

1. Tap **Sign up**.
2. Enter your email address and choose a password of at least 8 characters. Use one you don't use anywhere else.
3. Check your inbox for a verification email and follow it to confirm your address.

## Sign up with Google

Tap **Continue with Google** and choose your Google account. We get your email address from Google, and give you a neutral username; we never use your Google name as your username. You can change your username at any time in **Settings**.

Where the sign-up page shows them, you can also use **Apple**, **Discord** or **X** the same way. We only take the email address they've confirmed, never your name or picture. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, you can also sign up with that address and a password.

## Already have a PornTok account?

You don't need a new one. Sinfully and PornTok share accounts, so you can sign in here with the same email and password, or the same Google account. See [Signing in with your PornTok account](https://sinfully.ai/help/porntok-account).

## Who can sign up

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that's higher. One account per person.
