# Cancelling your plan

> Cancel in a few taps in settings, keep your plan to the end of the period, and resume if you change your mind.

You can cancel your plan yourself, at any time. There's no need to email or call us.

## How to cancel

1. Sign in and go to **Settings**, then **Plan**.
2. Tap **Cancel plan**.
3. Confirm. We'll email you to confirm it's cancelled.

## What happens next

- **You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for**, with everything it includes.
- **You won't be charged again.** At the end of the period, your account moves to the free plan.
- **Your Sins stay until they expire.** This month's plan Sins last until the month ends, and Sins you bought in packs never expire. Only the monthly top-ups stop.
- **Your chats and memories stay**, so you can pick up where you left off.

## Changed your mind?

Before your plan ends, go back to **Settings**, then **Plan**, and tap **Resume plan**. It will renew as before.

## Other ways to cancel

- You can also cancel through our payment processor's customer support site. Its name is on your bank statement and your receipt.
- Deleting your account cancels your plan too.
- Plans paid with cryptocurrency never renew, so there's nothing to cancel.
